Contact & terms

One inbox, answered by the operator. The terms below are the real ones — stated plainly, without fine-print surprises.

Get in touch

Email: hello@openyuri.com
Response time: within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, mainland China time.
This is a one-person practice, not a 24/7 or emergency desk.

To move fast, include in your first email: the site URL, roughly how many pages you want checked, what changed or what you are worried about, and any deadline you have.

Revisions

One written clarification round is included with every diagnostic — explanation or correction of the findings. Anything beyond that, or any fix outside the agreed scope, is quoted separately before work starts. I do not offer unlimited revisions, because that is not honest to promise.

Refunds

  • If, after seeing the details, I cannot take your work, you are not charged.
  • If you cancel before the review starts, the USD 99 diagnostic fee is refunded in full.
  • Once the findings report is delivered, the diagnostic fee is not refundable — the report itself is the deliverable. The included clarification round covers your questions and corrections about it.
  • Fix and deployment milestones are agreed and priced separately; their refund terms are stated in that written quote.

Access & safety

I work only on sites you own or are authorised to change. I never scan or modify a third-party system without the owner's authorisation — your authorising me is not authorisation to touch someone else's site. For any fixes, you grant the minimum access needed and you authorise every deployment. I do not touch payment systems, production databases or live transactional data.

Who OpenYuri is

OpenYuri is a trading name used by an individual operating from mainland China. It is a sole-operator practice — not a limited company, not a registered business entity, and not a team. There is no company licence, and there is no registered office address to give you. Billing (via PayPal) is under the operator's own legal name, confirmed in writing when we agree an engagement.

The declared service is exactly this: remote website technical review, scoped implementation and release verification for overseas business clients. Deliverables are digital reports and agreed code changes. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

Tax: you are responsible for any sales tax, VAT/GST or withholding in your own jurisdiction. I do not collect or remit foreign tax.

If you received a message from me and would prefer not to hear again, reply unsubscribe and I will not write again.
