Terms & Conditions
The terms below are the real ones — stated plainly, without fine-print surprises. They cover the paid USD 99 website release review and any scoped work agreed in writing after it.

The service
OpenYuri provides remote website technical review, scoped implementation, and release verification for business clients. The diagnostic is fixed-scope: a review of the pages agreed in the written confirmation, delivered as a digital findings report listing what was actually measured, what came back, and how to re-check it yourself.
Deliverables are digital — reports and agreed code changes. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Fix and deployment milestones beyond the diagnostic are agreed and priced separately in writing before any work starts.
Orders and payment
- A scope request (form or email) is checked against the published limits; OpenYuri replies with either a written confirmation and an invoice for the fixed USD 99 diagnostic fee, or a plain decline.
- You are not charged by sending a scope request, and nothing is billed automatically from the form.
- Payment is requested before the work starts: by card through our payment provider, or by PayPal invoice when that is what we agreed in writing.
- The fee is for the agreed scope. Work outside it is quoted separately before it starts.
Revisions
One written clarification round is included with every diagnostic — explanation or correction of the findings. Anything beyond that, or any fix outside the agreed scope, is quoted separately before work starts. Unlimited revisions are not offered, because that is not honest to promise.
Refunds
- If, after seeing the details, OpenYuri cannot take the work, you are not charged.
- If you cancel before the review starts, the USD 99 diagnostic fee is refunded in full.
- Once the findings report is delivered, the diagnostic fee is not refundable — the report itself is the deliverable. The included clarification round covers your questions and corrections about it.
- Fix and deployment milestones are agreed and priced separately; their refund terms are stated in that written quote.
Access & safety
Work is done only on sites you own or are authorised to change. No third-party system is scanned or modified without its owner's authorisation — your authorising OpenYuri is not authorisation to touch someone else's site. For fixes, you grant only the minimum access needed, and you authorise every deployment. Payment systems, production databases, and live transactional data are not touched.
Liability
The review is diagnostic and the findings are what was measured at the time — it is not a warranty that a site is free of all defects. Everything is done with professional care, but the maximum liability for any claim connected to this service is limited to the fee actually paid for the engagement in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Who OpenYuri is
OpenYuri is a trading name used by an individual. It is a sole-operator practice — not a limited company, not a registered business entity, and not a team. There is no company licence, and there is no registered office address to give you.
The operating jurisdiction, the billing identity, and the full contact terms are stated on the Contact & terms page; the data practices are on the Privacy page. Tax: you are responsible for any sales tax, VAT/GST or withholding in your own jurisdiction; OpenYuri does not collect or remit foreign tax.
Changes and contact
If these terms change materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it. The version in force for an engagement is the version in place when that engagement was confirmed in writing. Questions about these terms: hello@openyuri.com.
